GemScan is a fully private, on-device iOS app that screens suspicious messages, links, and screenshots for fraud — running a 4-bit quantized Gemma model entirely on the iPhone's Apple Silicon GPU via MLX-Swift. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is logged, and there are zero network calls during analysis. Median verdict: ~2.5s on an iPhone 15 Pro.
